What should I tell the taxi driver?
Please go to the intersection of Higashihorikawa-dori and Demizu-dori, then turn left onto Demizu-dori. The hotel will be the second building on the left.
No parking in the hotel. Coin-operated parking is available nearby. As the rates vary, in case you would like to confirm the prices please contact the hotel in advance.
Is there a shuttle bus to and from the airport?
There is a limousine highway bus between JR Kyoto Station and Osaka Itami Airport and Kansai International Airport.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

If I arrive before check-in time, can I leave my bags at the hotel?
If you arrive prior to check-in time, we are happy to hold your bags on your behalf.
Is early check-in or late check-out an option?
Early check-in and late check-out will incur additional charges, and we ask that you inquire in advance. Depending on occupany we may not be able to honor same-day requests, so please consult the Front Desk in those cases.
Do I need to stop by the Front Desk upon check-out?
According to our hotel rules, we do require meeting with you upon check-out.

Do you have coin laundry service?
While there is not a laundry service within the hotel, we can direct you to nearby coin laundry services in the neighborhood. Please feel free to ask the Front Desk staff.

There is no curfew, and the entrance is open 24 hours a day, but as the hotel is in a residential area, we ask that you refrain from using loud voices and be quiet when coming and going at night.

Do you have any barrier free rooms? Do you lend out wheelchairs?
As the upper levels of our hotel can only be reached by stairs, guests who use a wheelchair will be placed in the rooms on the 1st floor.
Please inform us upon your reservation that you require a barrier free room (we apologize that these rooms may at times be fully booked already).
However, please note that the tatami area of each room is elevated by one step. Please see the photos on the website for consideration.
Do you provide room service?
We apologize, we do not offer any room service beside optional breakfast delivery. However, the hotel staff is happy to deliver borrowed items to your room and carry your luggage for you.
Is it possible to book the guest rooms for daytime use only?
Unfortunately we do not accept reservations for daytime use.
What time will the room be cleaned up by?
We clean the rooms by 3:00 PM.

Does the room charge include breakfast?
If you select a plan which includes breakfast, the price of a Kyoto style Shidashi breakfast delivered to your room is already included in your room charge.
It is also possible to request breakfast delivery by 5:00 PM the day before and pay for breakfast on the delivery date.
Where can I eat breakfast?
Overnight guests of the hotel are welcome to enjoy Shidashi breakfast delivered to their guest room.
Can I eat lunch and dinner in the hotel as well?
It is possible to order catering or delivery to your guest room.
The hotel is able to provide cutlery like knives and forks.
(Please note that only overnight guests are allowed to order meals to the guest rooms.)
How can I get ice?
The Front Desk will get it for you for free.
Are there drinks in the mini-fridge?
The mini-fridge is provided for items you bring. Please note that there is no freezer.

Traveling with children
Is there a different price for children?
There is no separate price for children. We do not charge anything for co-sleeping children up to age 6. For children age 7 and older in a separate bed, we charge the same price as for an adult.
Do you have any amenities for children?
A bed guard or crib can be rented for no charge. As the numbers are limited, please inform us in advance at the moment of the reservation by phone or email
Can we co-sleep with children?
The beds are elevated, and can accommodate one co-sleeping child age 6 or under.
Do you have cribs or bed guards?
We apologize, but the rooms are not prepared with cribs or bed guards.
We can lend out bed guards, but they are limited in number, so please request them in advance via email or phone call.
Do you have family rooms for four people to stay together?
Each room can accommodate four or more people. Please enjoy staying here with your family.
